  • Verbatim I feel positive just now but my God I've had low times on here as well. I'm just going with the flow on a wave of prozac :rotfl:

INOD I know lol I just feel as if I am being lazy if I get some time out.

Well today was a bit of an eye opener in work. I had my end of year review and it was all very positive. I can't believe it is the same person reporting on me who shot me down 6 months ago. Also I started on my new section today and my boss has asked me to take a team. Says she needs someone who will deliver for her!! !!!!!! ??? Confused? Yes I am. Am I rubbish or am I competent? I have no idea but I must say I had a wee spring in my step after this. All positive. Still need to wait on my actual marking but looking okay just now. If I get marked down I will lose my bonus

I lost 3.5lbs at chub club tonight so I am now over half way to my target :j. 5 weeks to my party so it would be good if I got my 4 stones award before then. I would be so chuffed to turn up at my 'do' so much lighter. I ordered 2 dresses from e-bay. Both are really pretty but I got a size smaller so I am hoping that I get into them quite quickly as I have lots of parties etc coming up over May and June. The last one in my crowd to turn 50 is October and I have such a nice dress for then but it is 2 sizes smaller than I am just now. It is 20+ weeks away so may actually be doable. So my interim goal is to get in to the LBD I didn't manage to get into for DD's party, the other lovely dress I bought that is still neat on me and then the 2 e-bay dresses and then the other dress for my friend's birthday in October. Feeling good about this folks. Onwards and upwards or downwards :p

I hope you are all well. Still slowly catching up on diaries xx

When do hear about the bonus? Hope it's a big one. Maybe they realize they played a mean trick before and you're due compensation. Is the boss your " new best friend" who gave you the bad report before?

  • Evening folks. My boss who I had the meeting with yesterday was the one who gave me a rubbish report before. I have moved onto a new one now thankfully. I'm still looking for something else but just tentatively and would need to be perfect for me to apply.

My energy has disappeared today. I am shattered and will be heading to bed quite sharply. I have laundry on though so will finish that before I head up to bed. I had the worst sleep ever last night. I was actually thinking at one point that I would get no sleep at all. When I go to bed my head is buzzing with work, self employment, weight, exercise, housework ............all very boring but my mind is refusing to turn off. I am normally a great sleeper and it's doing my head in. I'm going to have a bath and relax and see if that works. Hopefully a short term thing as I am not a nice person when I don't get my zzzzzzzz's :rotfl:

Earned £30 tonight so have immediately paid this off of adsa card. It's going down down down. Snowball saying May 2016 to clear this card but I want it cleared by Christmas if not before. I'm trying hard to get it done.

Need to sign off as my eyes are clacking xx

  • Took me a wee while Verbatim but I got a good 7hrs. Felt suitably fresh this morning :D

Went to work before 8 this morning and I went to vote before I got there. Very exciting time. I have not been able to discuss anything about the election as I have been in Purdah. It's nearly killed me keeping my gob shut :rotfl:

Another £95 paid off of CC balance tonight. £75 that DD owed and £20 from self employment money. Brilliant thing is that another month gets knocked off of DFD. My target on snowball each month is £250 and I've noticed that if I pay about £100 then I save the £150 in interest. Dear God how awful is it that that is what it would cost me in interest. Beggars belief.

Going to watch the results as long as I can. Take care xx

  • Good morning. The sun is shining. It's the weekend and I am off for a wee hotel break in Inveraray with some friends. Another wee 50th birthday celebration. All paid for from our night out fund so even better.
No money saving this weekend as I am heading for posh nosh and drinks so diet will be put on hold as well.
So I best move my butt and get going x
