Evening folks. Been a busy couple of days. Got a wee cleaning shift done last night that turned into a marathon as folks had abused the house. Never got home until 10.30pm. I had a packet of quavers and went to my bed.
Stayed the same at slimming club tonight which was really rather lucky as I have had 2 days where I have been awful. I was however named slimmer of the month for January :j
Pay weekend and I should really have sat and set some targets but I was just too busy. I will keep going though. Been a spendy few days though. £54 in Aldi tonight but have enough shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for a couple of months. Got loads of fruit and veg as well. So we should be okay for about a week food wise anyway. May need to pick a couple things up from ASDA that they don't stock in Aldi but not that much. I am tired tonight but really need to get some ironing done so I best move my butt and get on with it x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Well done on staying the same. I'm older than you and it's so much more difficult to shift any weight these days than when I was younger.

Verbatim I sometimes wonder how I keep it all going as well :rotfl: but I always get there.
Milann I was well chuffed at winning it. The back of my book is getting covered in lovely shiny stickers
Well I finished up today until 16th and I am so happy. Work is actually okay just now and I am enjoying the company of the people I am working with. I also volunteered to go on committee for sports and social club and ended up getting voted in as chairperson. So mortifying when sitting there watching folks voting for you. But I won and now I'm thinking why oh why did I do that? :rotfl:. Truth be told I love a party and our social team needed a shake up and I am just the woman to do that. The other thing is that this is not to impress managers or any such nonsense but it is to do good things for my workmates and hopefully raise morale a wee bit. I have a committee of 20 people so it should be fine.
DD got her money today so she has paid me what she owes. I'm working in job 2 tomorrow and will do my weekly overpay then as I will get £20 in my hand for that. I have Sunday off so will do some work in my own house. Monday will be in job 3, Tuesday in job 3 , Wed and Thursday are free and Friday will be job 3.
I have also made a decision. I am going to work my backside off this year and pay off as much as I can. At the beginning of next year I am going to add money to my mortgage and do my kitchen, fit a downstairs loo and get my bathroom done. I reckon it will cost me about £10k for all of it BUT I have over £40k equity in my house so I am just going to go for it. When debt is done and dusted I will start to overpay mortgage anyway and my kitchen is drastic as you all know.
So I am knitting up a storm as well as it's all about the kitchen :rotfl:. I hope you are all well and I will catch up over the weekend xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Woohoo I have tonight free :j:j
I was doing laundry today and I don't know how my friend copes tbh as I found it really difficult walking away today when there was still a tonne of work to be done. I actually enjoyed the few hours I spent. Mind numbing but satisfying and sometimes mind numbing is good.
Not been an overly spendy few days as I've been so busy but have spent a fair bit on petrol.
Lost 4lbs last night at SW so now 33.5lbs off or 2stones 5.5lbs. Whatever way it's written it pleases me muchly. I pulled out loads of clothes today that had been too small for me and I now have a whole new wardrobe. Exciting times
Not managing much in the way of overpaying this month. Last month was exceptional and I knew it would slow down but would have been amazing if I could have kept that going.
I have found loads of summer clothes that I bought last year and they are now way too big for me. I'll wait a few weeks and put them on my local for sale site and see if I can rid of a few things.
I hope everyone is well xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Consultant will not tell us which week the film crew are coming but I will make sure I lose weight every week as no way do I want to be on film saying I put weight on !!5 Year plan.
