Yep could get rid of the £100 sentence and just use emanresu's letter without it. Whole point is to get that POPLA code at long last. I bet PE were hoping your OH would ignore the letter after all this time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

To be honest, I was thinking, is it legal for them to send a letter to the driver more than 1 year after the incident date? I am definitely putting an appeal online. I've noticed it worked with my Civil enforcement ltd appeal which I escalated to BPA and made it easy for me to forward a copy of all correspondence to BPA. So I'm definitely keeping this to online only.
