    Yep could get rid of the £100 sentence and just use emanresu's letter without it. Whole point is to get that POPLA code at long last. I bet PE were hoping your OH would ignore the letter after all this time.

    To be honest, I was thinking, is it legal for them to send a letter to the driver more than 1 year after the incident date? I am definitely putting an appeal online. I've noticed it worked with my Civil enforcement ltd appeal which I escalated to BPA and made it easy for me to forward a copy of all correspondence to BPA. So I'm definitely keeping this to online only.

    Thanks for both your responses. You guys are ever so helpful and supportive. I was new to it when I first started with this thread and have learned things the hard way :)

    It's legal because a firm or person has six years to chase an alleged debt.
