Try searching the document for 'permitted period'. After all you're the one who's declaring what is and isn't relevant.0 -
If you already knew where it was, thought you may state page number but hey.... thanks.0

i would be careful about starting the job and doing it badly, in case of references.
I would take it up and hope it would help you gain a full time job/wage elsewhere or even within the company.
I would see it initially as a WAY IN.My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -
Glad you would...also glad you read the thread to come up with this reply...0

I may have missed this but has the prospective employer actually confirmed that they will be paying the £2.68 apprentice rate or has this just been assumed?
We're a small employer and have a few apprentices in different areas but we don't use the apprentice rate for any of them - we use NMW for their age.0 -
            101 per week0

But it is a moot point as they will not be an apprentice unless the employer pays all training cost which is very highly unlikely.0

So far - just found out my daughter turned up for her 10:30 appointment/interview and was told she is "not on the list" but asked to wait while the college (interview was at some college) sorts this out.
She has a sign on appointment at 11:20. quite far from where her "interview" was scheduled for 10:30.
Gave her money for a cab to get from one to the ther as impossible on public transport.
Waiting to see/find out what hapened.0 -

That is just stupid organising. What happens if the interview at the college takes 1hr? What happens if there's traffic?0
