Stuff like this was recently talked about on BBC 1's RIP OFF BRITAIN- on in the morning after BBC Breakfast ends.
They may have some info on their web pages about what you can do.

You need to get on to your bank and get the payments stopped- they may say they can't but they can.0 -
I am feeling very stupid, have just discovered this forum, on 25th Oct 2014 I discovered 2 unauthorised !! debits from my account, and on further checks also found two previous ones, the overall total being amost £400, I like many others fell for the free offer, paying the postage, I am so depressed, I am 70 year old widow, How can this be allowed if the Company have been doing this for some time, why has it not been stopped, I only believed I had paid for a FREE trial and now find they have taken four different amounts of money out of my account of almost £400 I had never even used these products, so just opened one and can't bring myself to use it, I feel sick and devastated, why has there not been more publicity warning people about this kind of thing, I for one would like to expose their practice, thank you for reading my comments.
In this day and age, individuals need to take more responsibility in learning about this type fraud and to be more aware that this type of thing happens regularly.0 -
Here is the phone number: 02031299070.
I have had two payments taken, one for £60.52 and one for £67.47...they have refunded £60.52 but have refused to refund the other payment, I am going to contact trading standards tomorrow but don't hold out much hope.0 -

Get the bank to immediately change your Debit/Credit card to a new number. If needed, withdraw some cash before you do this as it takes a week before you get your new card and PIN.
If it was posted from abroad e.g. Hong Kong with a customs declaration marked X in the box next to "Gift" then a gift is exactly what it is and you are not obliged to return it.0 -
I think she meant she bought a free trial but paid for the postage , you can dress it up any way you want but it all comes back to the British public being conned out of hard earned cash0

I recently (2nd Nov) brought the RVTL cream on a special offer deal for £4.95 through their website. Today, they charged my card for £93! On checkout for this product there wasn't any terms and conditions available and nor did it specify I would be joining a subscription. I called my bank, who were amazing about it. The lady I spoke to said the same thing has happened to her in past with a different product so she completely understood. They put a block on the company ever taking anymore money and credited the £93 back to me without any issue whatsoever. Nationwide are amazing! Ironically, I never buy anything like this from a website I'm not familiar with, but I guess it only takes the one time to potentially cost you a lot of money. I personally will never buy anything like this again!!0

I was also scammed back in Oct, again no terms and conditions, they took £400 from my account and have since refunded £300. The are in blatant breech of the 2008 consumer rights acts, ,
I think they work off keeping a certain percentage for a useless product. I am in touch with my bank Barclays, Is this worth pursuing in a small claims court, make it a police matter. I have the distribution company name Arc Labs, 483 Green Lane London0
