Well I'm back! Some will recall my presence from distant past and I was doing SOOOO well which is why I'm hacked off to be back, almost but not quite, to where I was before! What can I say, I slipped and things like the debt diary went, then the credit card was being used (for the cash back of course!) and here I am again! Time to pull my socks up and start afresh! I have learned from it and in a bizarre kind of way when my CC was £1500 I almost panicked!
Much has changed in the interim months though! I have a life!! Not an expensive one (well some will argue that one!) but got an allotment (and shed, and greenhouse...) and love it! Also gave up alcohl & smoking and have lost 3 stone which is fab! Just need to refocus with money again & get that CC paid off so I can get a new pair of boobies!!
Not going to post an SOA (never have, never will - too much for me to post that much detail on internet am affraid!) but want to get back into my DFW ways! Not all have slipped (wilkinsons, second hand, food etc) and I continue to be frugal in some ways but some also slipped (parking, book purchases, allotmemt stuff...) so need to move on & start again.
Looking forward to getting to know some newbies and will hopefully see some of the "old folk" about!
Wont be on as much as I was (thank God say some!) as now quite busy but want to keep posting and do things like pigsback again! ....

oops - typo should have been a comma (ie second hand, food)!! Dont actually eat food on lighterlife (soups & shakes only!) since 21st Mch!!! Actually works out cheaper than "old" ways (50 food bill then the odd sandwich coffee out) as you dont eat out at all (or in for that matter!!)....!!
Well done on how far you've come sea!! Much better than I've done!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -
Thanks
Although I think the debt is about the same as last year lol - but at least I 'm dealing with it now and there is an end in (long wayaway) sight!!
Don't you miss food? I would.

Welcome back fishface!! been a long time since youve been around

So chuffed to hear about your allotment. Id love one, however, in my patch of london they are like gold dust.
Another lighter life story with a positve loss. FF do you have to pay for this? Ive got some weight to shift ( she says afrter just sharing a finest loaf cake with doglette- reduced of course
) and I think this MIGHT be something I might be interested in. people advertise it everyhere round here. Ive got about 3 stone to get rid of, well more like 2 to be on the safe and unbony side. Whaddya reck? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Yay!!!!!!!
Fishy's back!!!!!!!!!!! :j :T :j
3 whole stone!!!! Well done you!!! I've got about that much to shift before I'll feel comdfortable in a big white frock.
Glad to see you back hun (well, not glad that you need to be back but you know what I mean
