Court Success Judgement against Small Planet Airlines

Had a claim against small planet since 2014. They agree to pay, but never pay etc. Anyone else had recent luck in suing them? Or get the CAA to stop them flying?0

I tried to chase SP myself but really struggled - I would have no hesitation in recommended Bott & Co. for your claim - yes, you lose approx. 30%, but in my mind that was a lot better than the £zero I was going to achieve on my own! (and a lot less stress!)start = Wed 19th Nov 2008 £21,225

Act quickly, at least 2 of the three parts of Small Planet are in administration due to the level of debts so don't leave it any longer0
