They didn't really make the email blank, but the images within the email (which seems to be all of it) are downloaded from the Novotel website, so looks like they have removed the images at their end.

I have asked Novotel and Accorr on facebook and twitter whats happening. Hopefully i get a reply!

Yeah I realise what they have done but it is still blank and we don't have any proof. Hard to believe the whole thing was images!

Goodness me!!! Well I should be ok as I forwarded my winning email to the hotel manager last week to make sure I could use it and I'm going on Friday.
This isn't fair for people who have won fair and square and can't print their vouchers when others have been cheating.

I have just found that site. Someone has saved the pdf voucher and posted it for anyone to download. What a disgrace.
I also can't access the original email they sent me although I had already forwarded it to the hotel.

I am worried now as I have my meal booked for Friday and my parents are driving 40 miles to meet me for it. These people are ruining it for us genuine winners.

I think there's a very real risk that the hotels will start to refuse the vouchers as they can't prove who won legitimately, which is so frustrating and unfair to any real winners.

Exactly - that's why I would suggest printing off your email.
Luckily I got a reply from the manager at mine last week to book my meal and I emailed him my winning email and voucher. I hope that means I'm ok but my cousin has won and has printed her stuff yet and I don't think she can now.
The cheats won't have an email I don't think as someone uploaded the pdf voucher for all to print off.

Novotel: Hi xxx, thank you for your messages and congratulations! All you need to do is present the printed PDF voucher and ID (passport or national identity card) upon arrival at the hotel. There is a record of all winners being monitored, which should prevent any issue of duplicate vouchers. Thanks again and we hope you enjoy your prizes.

So it looks like hotels have a database of actual winners to check against i.e. you can't just copy/download the voucher & use it

Well they were answering people yesterday like there was no issue so not sure what's happened today. Up to yesterday afternoon they were still saying overnight stay winners would hear about booking after the end of the comp and giving people advice about the meals/cocktails.

No replies from them today though....
