I won an overnight stay yesterday and luckily did take a screenshot of the winning message.... I got an email from them almost immediately and can't even remember what it said, something along the lines of a representative will contact me soon to book the stay, however on looking at the email again now it's just full of crosses where presumably there had been images!!! Have posted on their FB wall but am not happy if they withdraw it!! >:(

Ok, my annoyance rate is through the roof now. My voucher has disappeared- I won this on the 10th of this month- way before any of this stuff happened and I have a nice night planned for my partner Friday that it seems at this moment, I am unable to do. Thank you cheaters.

The images in my email are being displayed again, so they must have fixed it at their end.

So print it out quickly! Don't forgot you can always do a screen shot, or save as a PDF if you can't/don't want to print it on paper yet.

It is indeed now letting you print out the page but it still doesn't print out a voucher when you click download a voucher. However at least we can now print off our winning email. I have phoned my nearest Novotel and rearrange my meal for next Tuesday so fingers crossed.

I've just reserved a table tomorrow at Birmingham Airport and they have confirmed they are accepting the vouchers. I just need to bring the print out and my ID. I'm assuming that's how they cross check winners on their system.

When I emailed them they did say I would have to reserve a table. This wasn't in the T&Cs (I don't think), but I'm assuming it's because the restaurant gets busy. I'd say reserve a table regardless of whether you think you need to as it gives you a chance to double check with the restaurant.

When I tried to print the voucher the first time (when you could download it) it was exactly the same as the email so I'm just taking that.

If I have any problems then I'll report back tomorrow, but I think if you genuinely won that you'll be fine.
