I have only just come across this thread.

I do hope all those that won fair and square get your prizes.

It makes me so mad that some people think they can con these companies like this, just like with the coupons and thinking it was ok to get all their shopping for nothing with them.

They spoil it for everyone in the end including themselves.

Anyone know what the free night includes - breakfast etc?

Check your spam folders as that is where my voucher went to. It arrived within an hour of my phone call with them.

Refused to give us the cocktail last night because we are Scottish , the manager said it was in the terms and conditions , anyone else in scotland had this refused x

I was literally about to ring the number provided to sort out the free stay, but then i got an e-mail and it was from Novotel presenting me with the voucher for the free stay!

I was told i'd need to ring and organise that, which i was literally about to do, but they appear to have sent me one automatically?!

Has this happened to anyone else?
