Does it annoy you when people come to your house and have a poo? Why can't they go before they leave home??
Anyone else get annoyed for similarly stupid reasons?

Maybe they didn't need to go before they left? It's not something you can do on demand... Nope, it wouldn't annoy me at all. That's what toilets are for!0

I totally agree. If someone needs to go then if that's when at my home so what. If I'm at someone else's home then I would use their toilet.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

It makes me laugh! They're always a bit embarrassed and we have a downstairs loo with a particularly difficult flush...usually they come out red faced and I'm chuckling...
When you've got to go, you've got to go. Rather that than the alternatives....0 -
How do you know what they are doing once the door is closed. lol
And no, it wouldn't bother me, cos I wouldn't know what they had gone in there for.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
They probably don't intend to poo in your loo, they just didn't need to go when they were at their own house. I prefer to go at home! I especially hate public toilets :eek:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I'd better not go into the other things that annoy me then!0

I am not sure I really want an answer to this, but how do you even know that a guest to your house has done a poo? Surely they don't leave any mess to make this obvious. My toilets and bathrooms have windows and air fresheners, so the room can always be left as fresh as before anyone went in there. Sorry but I think you need to get a grip and not let such inconsequential things rile you so much. Otherwise how do you retain enough energy to deal with life's real problems? The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0

No, but it bugs me when people (including DH) do it and then don't bother mitigating the effects by opening the window or leaving the extractor fan on. Toxic bowels seem to run in DH's family, which is one reason why we will no longer have a group of them to stay again. :eek:Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Well if they're anything like Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction they will be courteous enough to announce every time they're going to use the lavatory and exactly what it is they plan to do whilst using it.0 -
Maybe your guest(s) have IBS? I suppose if you give them something to eat, your food might make them go? Are you resentful of the smell or that they use your toilet paper?
I think you're the one with the issue here. I wouldn't choose to go to someone's house to have an evacuation, but if I need to go, I need to go.0
