WD are you just off hormonal contraception? I started with a cycle length of 20 days and a very short lp and it got longer and longer over a few months until 28-30 days.

Lara I stopped contraception (implant) in July, so this is my 5th cycle off it and my third TTC. All cycles have been 25-28 days with short luteal phases, 8/9 days usually. FF had me as 12 DPO last month but I'm sure it got o day wrong.

I've been taking a B complex but there doesn't seem to be much sign of improvement do far. How long did it take for your cycles to get back on track?

Yes, it was Implanon for me too. I hope it sorts itself out for you as it did for me. I had it removed in October and my cycles were getting back to normal around March time.

With B vits, check your supplement. The generic B complex tablets sometimes have low doses of each individual vit. You might be better off taking B6 specifically. You get some sprays now these days which absorb well (I have IBS so was always an issue for me). Good luck!

I think i got my days wrong so i am CD24 9 DPOI have had some brown spotting today but it seems to have gone again.....so very confused as to what is going on and hoping it was implantation bleeding althoughi think it might be too early

Well the evil witch got me, early! CD 1 for me, Boo! Can I guess 7 for this month.

I am taking 100mg of B6 a day, it increased my LP back up to 12/13 days last cycle after a couple of months of 10 day LPs (body was not happy for a while after my miscarriage with odd cm too).

Hoping I get back to 12DPO again at least this month!

But oh my god has it given me ovulation cramps this month, think its helped with my EWCM too, had it for 3 days this month, normally only get it for 2 days.

I feel really crampy today too and its only 2dpo.....well my temp hasn't risen but my boobies hurt and cm has gone creamy so pretty sure I ovulated Saturday!
