I don't think so but with IBS sometimes nutrients from food don't get absorbed in the gut leading to deficiencies. If you have those problems you can use new spray vits which get absorbed in the mouth instead.

Can not believe how bored I am tonight. Hubby gone out to pay pool tonight, so am home alone.
At least it's giving me some time to look for some xmas pressie ideas. Have found hubbys hopefully but depends how much they go for on ebay. There's about 7 shirts for his favourite football team (older ones not new). Every year he asks for the new shirt, but I am so loathed to pay so much for a t-shirt. But he would love these.

We sat down and discussed xmas this year, and decided that there's no real point in doing much. It's definitely lost the spirit, no kids and there's no kids in my family, my sis is the youngest and she's later 20's as well. Plus my friend is away for xmas so there won't even be any of the normal fun celebrations. Oh I'm just a bah hum bug.

What a chilly day!

I don't want to become a pain and I hope you all don't think I'm stupid when I ask this but;

This is only my 2nd ever AF, how do I know the difference between spotting and full? The reason I ask is I am to take Clomid days 2-6 of my cycle, but from earlier posts people said not to take it when spotting only when you have proper cycle.

Also, code you were spot on about the days last provera on Saturday morning some sort of AF thing going on this morning! Thank you

I have to admit I didn't even realise until I went to the loo this morning so all the worry about the pain beforehand like last time *fingers crossed* seems now to be for nothing! Phew!

I'm a bit of a lurker in this thread, just wanting a bit of advice really.

I suffered a MC in August and have had regular periods since then with a cycle of 23 days (normal for me). Was due my AF yesterday and nothing yet. Negative test result this morning - is it too early yet?
