sweetpotato, not sure if you got the answer to your question, but CD1 is counted as the first day of proper, red blood full-flow. Spotting is anything less than that.
tinks - hope your DD is feeling better.
Raspberry - MCs can mess with your cycles a bit, but sometimes you ovulate later for some reason. Have you been stressed this month?
vesper - I know what you mean about Christmas. I love it, but it always feels like something is missing and I'm dreading it this year.
Claire - if you're lurking, I'm thinking about you. Hope it's all ok.
Afm, hating myself a bit atm. Broke down in tears about our situation last night, then this morning my best friend's husband sent me a photo of their new baby who was just born, and although I am happy for them, I'm also really sad for me, because there is a good chance I'll never have that. It felt a bit like salt in the wound. Good salt, but still really painful. Am I horrible?:(:(Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

You're really not horrible. I feel exactly the same way (we've had 3 pregnancy announcements in the past few weeks, all people I'm happy for, but still feel sad for me). I know my situation is different, I feel guilty because I have a lovely LO, but my recent losses have made me very sad.
Sending you a big hug0 -
No code you're not horrible. Not at all! Please don't ever think that!!!
Having to keep out of the kitchen, my lovely cheap food goodies arrived this afternoon and it's a taking all of my might to stay away from all of the chocolatey yum yums.
Boobies humongous today, thought they would drag me to the bottom of the swimming pool today. Seriously!! My mum was wondering why I was so slow and doing lengths, it wasn't as if I could yell out in the pool that my boobies were trying to drown me and slow me down.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
No code you are not horrible you are a feeling caring normal human being xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIf you can think it........it will happen0

Hugs Code and to anyone else needing them
Really wish I hadn't told anyone we are TTC. We have been nagged by family and friends constantly for the last few years and then we started trying I told a few family members as I thought it might shut them up. But now I keep getting asked if it's happened yet and when I say no they say "oh well it's best not to think about it" HELLO! If you stop asking me, that might help!
I know they are just being nice but it just worries me, especially when you get the stories of oh well it happened "first go for us". My own stupid fault I suppose for telling them. I've had a word with them today and said that I am not going to talk about it so don't ask me but I will tell them when it's happened!...sorry rant over.0 -

Oh yes! Had a really bad couple of weeks earlier in the month where everything made me cry and I felt really low but that's passed now and feeling much better about things.
Still no AF0 -
All moved now into new house, been a while.
only tracking fertile days with CM, know my cycles well enough now after all this time. Have updated my news on the other forum.
*hugs* to those who need it and grats the BFPs I have missed.
AF due soon, which is always the same as any early preg signs I see from other people on here. Oh well.
Have a good day all.0 -

Well if you're horrible then we're all horrible!
It's just a weird feeling, being pleased for someone yet sad at the same time. We've all been there.0 -

Still no AF
The way your cycle works is you first have the follicular phases where the egg ripens in preparation for release, then the luteal phase which runs up to AF. The curious thing is that while the follicular phase can vary wildly, the luteal phase is always the same. If you get stressed around the FP/ ovulation time, your ovaries dont like it and delay ovulation. The luteal phase doesnt process the delay so carries merrily on its usual time period, so while your cycle is longer than usual you're not technically late iyswim? This also means that a pregnancy test could be negative because you're not far enough into the 2ww.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
