How are the boobs today vesper?
Massive and annoying, right pain in the bum trying to do Zumba with 2 massive bazungas hanging there.
Right officially upset now, one baby announcement of FB today full with huge scan picture just to really rub it in, plus another yay scan picture for 20 weeks. Feel like its never going to happen now, I just wish we knew what we were battling, its hardly as if they are very quick coming back with an appointment for day 21 tests.
Think the crowning moment was when someone walked into Zumba tonight with their baby, abandoned it to the side so it cried through the entire thing. It was sat in a huge jacket in a very hot room and this was 9 tonight!! the mother was not very old, in her teens.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Wondered if I could join you lovely ladies? Am Jovi, have two boys aged 8 and 18 months and DH and I have decided to try for no. 3

Going to read back a bit to familiarise myself with the changes since I was last here

Hi jovichick123 - welcome! Hope you enjoy your stay here but that it's short and sweet.
Tink - sorry your daughter is in pain today - did they give her any decent pain killers?
Vesper - it's so annoying isn't it - some people (thankfully not the majority) really don't think about their actions - clearly a young mum with much to learn.
AFM - FF reckons I've made it to 3DPO and that I've OV'd on CD17 which is a bit later than normal for me. The CBFM stopped asking me for sticks on CD15 as I was still having low readings so I started doing the IC OPK's and got such a strong line, stronger than the test line, on CD17 so we BD'd but no CV which was strange.
Now FF seems to think we've OV'd & BD'd on the right day so really hoping that after a year of nothing at all - this is our turn and my appt with the GP to start the investigations on Wednesday is totally unnecessary.
Fingers crossed ladies
Happy Friday all and wishing you a good weekend ahead.
Love Gelly

Hello there - hope you're all OK. Thanks code for doing the lists, sorry your little one is in pain tinks, can the GP/pharmacist recommend anything? Sorry things are tough going PM. Welcome to new people, sorry if I've missed anyone, only had chance to read through the last page.
A quick question - I've had positive OPKs two days running (last night and the night before), both strong lines the same colour as the test line. Is this possible or is there likely to be something wrong with my tests? I was thinking that if a positive is an indication of ovulation within 12-36 hours, it's feasible to have more than one positive... but I have no idea.
Also, can you get evaporation lines on OPKs? My first positive test took ages to come up (both the test and control lines), so I'm wondering.
Sorry to ask so many questions, just trying to make sense of the OPKs etc. No other ovulation symptoms annoyingly, so having to go by the tests.

Hello,
I have created a new account (as my username was my name). Please may I join this thread.
A little about me:
Married in 2008 and been trying to conceive since 2009, in 2011 had tests and confirmed would need ICSI, however I was too young to qualify for NHS funding. Just received letter to have a referral as although still to young based on prior criteria they have removed the lower age limit due to the change in the age discrimination laws.0 -

Feeling horrendous today, cramp, emotional, headache, feel sick... hate AF!!!
I'm thinking about taking a step back from this thread for a bit, I'm finding things really hard, maybe until we've had our appointment with the fertility clinic so we know where we stand, I just feel like we're in limbo at the moment. I know I should probably move over to the other thread for those struggling to TTC but part of me is still in denial about it all and by moving to that thread I'd be admitting that it's not happening for us.
