Before I had my chemical a while ago, I would get sore boobs after ov, right up until AF showed up. After the chemical, no pain whatsoever. Now though, I can barely wear a shirt due to the fact that anything brushing over them hurts like *$^%&#*#! Every woman is different though, so I'm hoping it's a good sign for you!

I do get sore boobs right up to AF normally anyway but this is so much worse than normal. I really hope it isn't my mind playing tricks on me again or something I am going to get this bad every month! I just can't get comfortable, my bra hurts so I took it off but then my t-shirt rubbing hurts the nips so I have resorted to a stretchy black vest thing which kind of helps but is definitely not acceptable attire to leave the house in :rotfl:

In other news they have finally sorted out my job for me and I'm not getting made redundant but being moved to another team. This is good news as I can go back to the office this week once they have arranged for me to meet the new boss. At least I won't be stuck at home with nothing except TTC to occupy my thoughts!

Please can I be updated to cd1 Pleased I've had another normalish cycle but so disappointed by af.

In terms of testing for ov, I think it depends on which ones your using as to the best time, it is important to be consistent about testing times I think though.

    Good luck!

Mrs TM - hope you get your early scan and you have no more worries during the rest of your pregnancy

Welcome Princess Kate - I have tried using opk but am not that successful with them. The only time I have had a positive was last month when I did test earlier in the day (it was a weekend so did it around 3 rather than 5/6 when I get home from work)

Hugs for CD1 sweaty betty, cwtw and picklekin for a new cycle

Fingers crossed Aqua - are your cycles usually regular?

Lol ttc39 hope you get time to DTD at some point

AFM nothing to report ttc wise, have a smear test tomorrow and going to ask the nurse about my cycles then and get her opinion. My OH is in denial - we have been trying since Dec, but in his mind it has only been a few months!
  • HELP!!

So, I did another test today - 14DPO, first month trying to conceive. Had plenty of BFNs until today. Anyway, after having a cracking headache, temperature issues for last few days and generally crying at anything I got home from a rubbish day at work and decided to test.

I used Boots Early Pregnancy test - now, I saw a line from left to right on the square. I squealed a bit, shouted husband. He saw line too but said he thought, it'd have to go north to south/top to bottom like the diagram. Anyhow, by the time we'd disagreed about whether it positive or negative the line had vanished!! So, does it have to be left to right or top to bottom like it shows? Does it matter?

So, I've sent him out to get 2 digital tests. I'll try to do one tonight, and then tomorrow morning to hopefully get definitive answer!!

    Alipops x

Hello! I've been lurking for a while but after getting married 2 weeks ago we are now officially TTC. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year after coming off the pill (not to TTC) and my periods being all over the place. I saw a gynae consultant in July who put me back on the pill for 3 months, as sometimes it can kick start things to work again, has anyone had any experiance of this? I've now finished the pill and have another appt in 3 months where if nothing has changed they will give me clomid.

    Yes!

I have PCOS, my cycles were anything from 12 to 53 days long, had not been successful in TTC. Went on Micronor for 3 months (and had a period every other week!), came off it, was NTNP and got pregnant within the first month of trying!

    *relurks*

  • So, Husbands returned with digi tests, i'm going to do one in the morning when hormone will be hopefully at a high level! x
