Daise sorry your feeling blue. With my injections i need to have ov by the time my fs goes on AL in 2 weeks, come mon i will have been injecting for 6 weeks with only a 2 week break since aug.

Could really use this headache going now.

Sorry the injections aren't going well Part Mouse.

I am utterly fed up of the two week wait and only have a few days left to go of it!

This time next week we will either be over the moon or less than 24 hours away from going to see a doctor and begging him for help!

Pessimistic me says the latter, can being an eternal pessimist cause infertility because EVERY cycle I have NO hope! :cool:

KellyKins- I came off my pill in August. I so hope Im not waiting 1 year- I think Ill go mad by then!!

Thanks all, tbh things never go well with my treatment, if i can get to ov its only my 3rd ever in my life.Its the the whole getting the egg thats a nightmare.

Daisy keep your chin up - it's easy to think the worst but you've got to think positive - Easier said than done I know. Hugs.

I am having a bizarrely gloomy day today, feeling really negative. I know it is ridiculous but I just have (and always have had) am overwhelmingly strong feeling that I am going to struggle to conceive. Is that crazy? I know it is. I was talking to my mum last night and she was saying how she fell pregnant first month each time she tried (four pregnancies). But she kept saying 'but I wasn't overweight, you are overweight so you might struggle' I am losing weight and I am not a giant beast and I think although my mum was not overweight the first time she fell pregnant I am pretty sure she was for the other pregnancies.

I have a really strong feeling that I am not going to ovulate, though I have no reason to think that. It is only CD11 and there is no sign of ov but I know that is perfectly normal especially as my last cycle was 30 days. But I still feel really antsy.

Sorry, also feel very guilty and stupid to be borrowing trouble and making up worries when loads of you on this thread have genuine reason to worry! I have no reason YET to think that I will not be able to conceive so why do I have such a crazy feeling of doom?! Did anyone else have this? Am I just a mental case?

I convinced myself that we'd have trouble conceiving as my mum had, I was overweight with pcos, etc. we got pregnant pretty much straight away. We are very lucky to have our three year old. So try not to be too pessimistic at this stage (easier said than done I know).

FWIW - I lost weight after my pregnancy but went on to lose two more, one early miscarriage and then twin boys at 22 weeks, so despite being so fortunate before I seem to now have a problem staying pregnant. Not to scare you, but just that weight won't necessarily make a difference and there are so many factors at play.

As someone else has said, the odds are in your favour, just try to do all the usual things (detect when ovulating, regular sex etc ) and hopefully you'll be moving on to the next board in no time!

Hi all can I please be updated to CD1 on the list for tomorrow please, just started spotting now so will be full flow tomorrow. Kind of glad as it's my 1st since going on the pill for 3 months to try & sort out my cycles, but as much as it wasn't likely, it would gave been so special to get pregnant the 1st month after getting married & being able to tell people at Christmas! Nevermind.

Will start doing opk once AF has finished & hopefully detect ov!!

Hello all. Can I be updated to Cd12 please? Have decided that the reason I'm struggling to conceive is due to the huge amount to stress I'm under at the moment. I've got loads of extra projects going on at work which I have to try to complete in my own time and I'm struggling to keep on top on them. Add childcare and running a house into that and I'm just not coping. It's got to the point where I'm doing stupid things which generate more things to do eg I didn't lock my car door a couple of nights ago and my bag got stolen so I had to cancel my card etc. so I've decided to focus on completing some of these projects and saying no to doing anything else at present. I've also signed up for a meditation course in the new year which is something I've wanted to do for ages. So I've decided not to worry too much about TTC this month and get things ready for the new year.

In my news.... Think hubby is having second thoughts about TTC by a comment he made and a family member has had their baby and has chosen the name we had chosen :sad:
