So 2 days post operations for me ..............One side of my face has swollen up like a puffer fish and bruised the other is just very sore.... I ended up with one tooth being removed due to the growth that was in my jaw the other side was cutting my gum drilling into my jaw bone then being stitched back up ..... I spent the whole time lying there telling myself that getting rid of all these growths & infections would mean that my forever baby would come ..............................

Hi ladies. I was on here a few months back and I'm steadily getting back into the TTC business...I thought this was the best place to ask. I was due my period on Saturday (30th), I usually have a 30-35 day cycle, my max has been 40 days. So right now I'm 4 days late.

I've had a dull ache in my lower abdomen for the past week and just now and again I'll get about 5 minutes of period pain and then it will go. I've also felt dizzy (which I never feel) and seem to be a bottomless pit with food right now. :eek: Which are not typical PMS signs for me.

I took a test last week before my period was due, nada, took another on Sunday and also nothing. There's no sign of my period starting today yet either. Is it possible to still be pregnant even though tests are showing negative and I feel like I'll start (period pain, etc)?

The tests I've been using are just cheap internet test strips.

Thought you ladies would know best! Hope everyone is well and a hug to anyone who needs one.

Aww sounds like you've had a rough few days, hope the worse of it is over now and you're feeling better soon.

Patronus - It is possible, do you know when you ovulated and how long your LP normally is? It could be that you ovulated later in this cycle and that you're still in the 2 WW so might not be enough DPO to get a positive test yet

Decided to do a test this morning, thought that maybe by some miracle I'd be pregnant and wouldn't need to go to the appointment this afternoon. BFN of course!!

I went to the doctors this morning about the boob pain and the general low feeling before AF. He said there isn't anything that he can do as we are TTC...apparently options are the pill (which I came off 3 years ago due to boob pain!) or antidepressants. He said to just use Ibuleve on the girls which to be honest I never even thought to try so I will give that a go. They still hurt a bit and randomly AF started up again yesterday even though I thought it had finished on Sunday. I did think it was a short AF so makes sense and probably explains why they are still hurting.

I asked him about the short LP and he said that basically as long as it's more than 6 days then it should be OK. He said as long as my cycles are regular and I am ovulating then I shouldn't have any problems.

I feel a bit better after talking to him. As you have probably gathered from my previous posts I am a bit of a worrier so I think now hopefully I can try and chill out a bit and just accept that it may take time to happen. I will carry on with the B6 and Agnus Catcus though as apparently these can help with the boobs too.

He also told me to stop taking my meds for my Raynauds because apparently if you get preggers is dangerous for the baby so as I am TTC he said it isn't worth the risk. Blue hands here we come :rotfl: but on the plus side if I do eventually get preggers, apparently Raynauds can disappear so even more reason!
