Maybe for you. DH has discovered football chairman for the android and is now unable to have a conversation with me, let alone anything else because he's engrossed in playing it.

Me too! I have very low abdominal cramps atm, and mine are normally a bit higher. I guess it is just the madness of being back on the TTC wagon :o

Yep and me. Lower abdominal cramps and sore boobs plus feeling generally run down. Sadly this is pretty standard and most like AF on her way. I also have proper RAGE today lol so must be AF

Hope everyones symptoms turn into BFPs!

Hopefully you will get a positive in a few days credit crunch

Sweaty betty hope your appointment went well

Mrs TM I bought the 50mg of B6 but am not sure whether or not to take them! Am scared by the warning on the back about it being above the daily allowance and could lead to nerve damage!!
    Your dinner sounds yummy btw

    Hugs chocoholic

Wangdoodle - I think you should just carry on, as code said it might not happen instantly, and you wouldn't necessarily be announcing it instantly anyway so she would be further along, is there a reason your worried about your sister or am I being slow??

I am definitely insane. As I have not had any red blood this cycle and really bad stomach ache I actually did a pregnancy test when I got in...obviously BFN. Why did I even waste one when im on the start of a new cycle even if it was an internet cheapie!?!

Thanks for the advice tia :) there's no reason (at least no sensible reason) for me to worry about my sister. I'm sure she'll have a textbook pregnancy like she did last time. I think I'm a bit worried about potentially "stealing" her special time, and it'd be a million times worse if she had any problems, which I pray she won't. I just worry myself in knots sometimes :o

I think that sounds like a totally legitimate reason to take a test. I know I'd have done the same. Sorry it was BFN.

Hi there - had a really encouraging appointment with my gp today. I'm going for day 21 bloods, but can't get an appointment until day 25, will this be a problem do you think?

Excellent news, been looking out for that update.

Re: appointment...in a word, yes. Your bloods need to be taken 7 days after ovulation although for the majority of people that isn't CD21.

It's really important that they get the sample as close to 7dpo as possible (although obviously it will sometimes be 6 or 8 dpo) as hormone levels rise and fall quite quickly.

Are you ovulating on a regular day? OR are your cycles/ov dates a bit random still?

Right, I'll try to get it closer. Cycles are variable, 32 days, then 30 days, I'm hoping that this month they go back down to 28 days (as they were before) but I guess no guarantees.

Unfortunately day 21 is a Sunday and I'm away that weekend and not back until the Monday afternoon, so it'll have to be first thing on day 23 - which might not be too far out if I'm still on 30 days. I'll use the OPKs I had too just to see if they tell me anything.

I asked what would happen if I wasn't ovulating, GP said they would refer me straight to a gynaecologist for clomid, which is good.

But now I'm wondering if there are any restrictions on who can have clomid - has anyone been refused it because of weight or health issues?
  • Feel a bit ashamed admitting this but ... i got an online psychic baby reading last week, i'm torn between it being a load of hookam or a comfort. What's your thoughts on it?

What is this?! Details please! I'm asking because it sounds like exactly the kind of thing I would do! ;) X

MrsTM thanks for doing an amazing job with the lists as always! Your meal plans sound delicious! When can I move in?! :)

SweatyBetty glad to hear your appointment went well xx

Wangdoodle defo carry on and I hope everything goes well at your sisters scan! X

TTC big hugs for feeling carp! You're right about it being perfect snuggling weather though! At least that's one good thing about winter! :)

Afm we had a lovely bit of "pause the Downton Abbey" BD session last night. It was just for fun as won't OV till next week which made it nice! :) didn't like the storyline last night....won't say anymore in case someone has it recorded to watch!

I'm also doing the C25K at the minute - really enjoying it so far!

    Hope all are well! X

As long as it's under 200mg per day (added up from all sources of added, any multivitamins, plus the b6 tablets, plus anything else you take), you're fine. 50mg is a pretty low dose from what I've researched. If you take the 50mg and get hot flashes or your cycle does something weird, if it hasn't calmed down after a few cycles, but you'd still like to use B6, I think that they make 10mg tablets as well.

I'm still spotting, so nothing new there. Kajungas are achy. Haven't had that for about 6-7 months now. As in, so achy I can't let DH hug me tight!

Hi All Sorry I have been MIA been a really bad time for me and have my grey cloud back it is the year anniversary of our last MC when I nearly lost my fight with life :( . I have been hit heard by this anniversary and feel totally knocked for 6 by it.... I have seen my GP & she has agreed to refer me to a Fertility Doctor as she said putting me on anti depressants wouldn't cure my reason for being so upset I never in a million years expected her to give me that option.... So I have had the first lot of bloods & swabs done next week is my 21 day bloods....

Love you lots xxxxxxxxx Tink xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
