Returning is not the issue here. Its return postage cost.

There's a simple answer. Accept that the buyer feels the description doesn't match and agree to pay return postage, or wait for them to open a case and hope that they don't escalate it or leave bad feedback.

Yes this is very frustrating. Thanx for your help. Think i will stop trading and give the remaining 3 phones back, as i havnt paid for em yet. Hopefully my friend will understand. He did warn me about ebay but i didnt think it would be this bad.

Ebay isn't the best for selling phones, but it's only this bad because you only tested the phone and stated the button didn't affect anything and only needed pressing slightly harder, which may not be the case for proper use.

If all the phones have little faults like that I'd say giving them back is probably best. If they work or you can use them properly to fully test them, there are other places to sell.
  • Get it returned, get it fixed, resell it, you will probably make more. Accept the return postage fee as a beginner's mistake and move on... Don't let it spoil your account with a negative and low DSRs. If all the phones are faulty, probably best to give it up as a bad job - the home button on my iPhone packed in after a while of it being sticky, very annoying.
