Anyone else been really disappointed with the star gifts this year? Also when Boots did have some decent offers on over the weekend (i.e 33% off Champney sets) the site was constantly going down and they didn't have even nearly enough stock to meet demand as everything was oos Friday AM and offer was supposed to run through until Mon!

Does anyone else have the Boots Beauty Advent Calendar? If so what do you think? First 3 days were great and was really impressed but the last 3 days have been little samples like the sort of thing you would usually get free with an order! I hope it's going to get better otherwise it was a bit of a rip off!

There's LOADS of the Benefit sets at my local Boots! Just been in this morning. If there's loads next week I'll'll get a couple for birthdays

Just been in my local Boots this morning (not sure if this is a nationwide event) but apparently you get £10 extra points today - unsure if you have to spend a certain amount. also if you ordered 3 gift sets/perfumes you got more points? maybe that was it. gift sets = points.

I saw the Ted Baker set - nice but unsure who'd like it apart from SIL's sister.

The Armani Code for men is nice for my DH and also Joop for brother. they both like those. I'm scrabbling around now trying to find vouchers they send in post.

PS - not sure when the points event on fragrance ends
