At my Boots store we'd sold out of this past weeks Star Gift (Sensationail) so we put out tommorrows already... It's a Ted Baker vanity case with 6 items in.

The Star Gift offer will start on Boots.com from midnight tonight, although our website does tend to go down for a few hours around that time (maintenance) for them to put up all the new offers of the week.

My Manager has also confirmed with me that there will be a Soap & Glory set and a No7 set in the weeks after.

We were searching for the Fragrance Offers of the Week this evening amongst our delivery, we found some DKNY so it MIGHT be that.

The Paco Rabanne Fragrance of the Week - Men's has sold out on our website and in A LOT of our stores, the Women's is still available online as far as I know... I knew it would sell out, as it's one of the most popular selling fragrances anyway. It was a very good offer. If anyone is still after the Women's one, order it fast tonight to avoid disappointment!

Can anyone advise me? I ordered the Sensationail kit through the website, have an order confirmation and everything, even stating where to collect it (I opted for collection in store) and they have now sent me this email:

Thank you for ordering from Boots.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to supply your Boots.com order detailed below for one of the following reasons:

1. We had a technical issue
2. There was insufficient stock to meet your order

I didn't exactly order the item at a misprice, but now cannot reorder as out of stock. Are they not obliged to provide me with it at that price when it is back in stock?

Was in my local Boots store today, and thought there would be another points event on today as it said on the website Christmas shopping event like it has many other times, but no points event today at all

Just reading up on recent posts regarding offers, I hope there isn't another DKNY perfume deal on as we've already had one from that brand this year.

The NO7 weekender set - http://www.boots.com/en/No7-Weekender_1363830/ - has the green parcel sticker on the price tag so I doubt it will be this one

I ordered the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream set and added an £8 item (which I didn't really want but refused to pay nearly £4 for store collection) to bring the total over £20 for free instore collection. They have now cancelled the EA set and charged me an extra £4 delivery as the minimum order value hasn't been reached.

So being charged £12 for something I didn't really want I'll be ringing them tomorrow to cancel it and get my money back. Shame, the EA set looked nice.

Could be, but in our stock room on Sunday we had Angel and Alien with SELs saying on offer from 6-12th Dec. I think they are 35ml refillable bottles. Can't remember the price - we were sooooo busy!
