Surely the following week (13th) is the "big" one S&G??

Im hoping the following week is the big No7 set like it was last year and its available in store. I can get mine 8:30am Friday thankfully so fingers crossed

On the subject of the OOTW I go past my local Boots quite often and the gifts dont seem to sell out at all, walked past it today and theres tons left, similar to previous weeks offers. I remember when I first became aware of the offers and lots of them would sell out within 3/4 days!

Every time the Elizabeth Arden comes back in stock I manage to get one in my bag, I go to check out and either I get a picture of a young child saying "Ooops, there has been an error" or I get all the way through to ordering and it says out of stock. It's infuriating! Has anyone else had this? I was beginning to wonder if it was just my account. :mad:

I have been constantly getting the child image/error message for weeks, particularly when Boots have an offer on say Triple Points etc. Google Chrome browser works a bit better but generally it is just Boots site not being able to cope with demand as usual I think

I am hoping for the No7 one too! I think it was mentioned for Friday 20th Dec!
I think I read it was SAGlory, on Friday 13th? Fingers crossed!

I've had an awful time trying to get that. I placed an order for it and a couple of other things last week and my confirmation email said I would be able to pick it up in store on Sunday.

Did not receive an email to say it was in the store but went there anyway just in case. As I suspected it hadn't come in and they said to try again on Monday.

No luck on Monday either, so today I phoned the store and they said it still hadn't come in and to phone Boots.com and someone there would be able to chase up the order.

Spent ages on hold, no surprise there, plus it's an 0845 number so it's costing me money to phone them. When I eventually got through to someone all she did was offer to re order my products, but then told me the Elizabeth Arden set was out of stock and not likely to be coming back in. I was fuming as I really wanted that and they made very little effort to find out where my order had gone.

Deciding to take matters into my own hands I phoned Yodel, the courier they use, who told me that my order had been sent to my local Boots and told me who had signed for it. My husband went down there and asked to see the Manager and eventually my package was found in the storeroom.

Can't believe how inept they are

I've emailed them again to tell them I have my order and to cancel the refund, bet they won't be slow to follow that up!

In future I think I'll just get orders delivered to my home address, at least I don't lose things :rotfl:

Yes that's the one my local chemist have shown me the flyer for this.:)
