Certainly.
The tried and tested assistance from those on this forum is just that, tried and tested.
And more importantly successful.
Yours appears speculative with the potential risk of the aforementioned scum of the earth having a higher chance of winning their case.
Hope that clarifies that for you.0 -

You have close to a 1 in 380,000 chance of nothing happening if you ignore.
My patience is infinite. My arguments are immutable. Let's go a few more rounds to keep this thread at the top of the pile. BUt, guys, please - please stop the abusive comments. I am an old person who fought wars so you could exercise your voice. Try to up your game.
And you believe POPLA calculations?

I have just written the quote below on another thread and intend to post it to any new thread that Firedupmanbill (sic) chooses to offer the benefit of his advice.
If you use the Latin word "sic" in prose it's normally to indicate that you are quoting someone else's words verbatim, where there is a non-sequitur, mistake or misjudgement of context on the part of the author. To do it to your own post is unfortunately a mistake.
Are you implying that I referred to myself somewhere as "Fireupmanbill"?0 -

We (assuming we are still the "we" that bats for the side of the oppressed) are losing more than 1 case in 2 that goes before the Kangaroo court. So no clarification necessary, the odds are against you if you appeal. Next?

Well if I may, for a kick off you are making broad generalisations using statistics based over the past year rather than the current reality.
I have, and would rather, trust specific recommendations to an individuals circumstances when dealing with their particular parking company.
One wonders too, what proportion of the POPLA fails you quote are truly genuine cases to appeal. Certainly not all of them!0 -

You asked me to explain why I made the comment not recommending your help to anyone.
I explained that and you dismiss it out of hand.
Just strengthens my argument to follow the advice of those who are providing practical and helpful information.0
