I've taken the offer, just waiting for a Manager to call me back. I'm gonna make a post in praise forum I think as I'm really gobsmacked and have pretty much bitten their hand off.

Gonna use the old top as an 'experiment' in case it happens again (lol) and see if I can do anything with it. If not, it'll be my official bleach cleaning top

Buy it, save it for best (as you originally planned to ) and wear the bleached one guilt free. Run amok in it if you will. :j

Ordered it now - I'm so giddy. It's been a while since a company has been so nice.

I can wear the bleached one with pride now. I need some of those finger stickers that were mentioned earlier

Wow I'm very impressed with that customer service. I thought if this thread earlier when I was wearing my best jeans while using bleach in the bathroom lol
