Personally i think it's better to register, because then when you visit in the furure (for more comps) all you need is your username and password.0

yeah loquax:jFor thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.0

I understand what you are suggesting, the same things have been discussed several times over - but perhaps the way you have made your 'suggestions' has been a bit heavy handed.
Most of us here seem to be happy with the way the posts are - if you had asked if we wanted a change then you may have gotten a better response.
You have come across as bossy and demanding, never mind rude & arrogant. See here & here to see what I mean.
We are a friendly lot here - we like a bit of chat along with the comps - the same rules don't apply with every forum. And yes, I get a bit cranky with unecessary bumping, but that's just me!Jo x2007:£5181.09 2008: £6619.70 2009: £4284.49 2010: £5213.14 2011: £4980.62 2012: £3188.52

Also to be honest with you you aren't going to win much and probably not the big ones if you don't enter the comps that require you to register:)Darren0

Especially if you have Roboform or similar, once registered it's very easy to enter more comps on the same site. I don't have a problem with registering, after all you have to leave your details to enter the comp anyway, otherwise how will you get the prize if you win?42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot:hello: Good Luck everyone !:hello:0

At first I felt the same way as the original poster. I had decided that registering was a nuisance and would generate loads of spam.
However, I soon realised that I would be missing out on a lot of comps and I figured that if others thought like I did then there would be less people entering those comps - all the more reason to enter them and have a better chance of winning.
And with Roboform, it's often easier to enter these comps!Wins to date:
Jul 2007: Nintendo DS Lite, Gardening Tools, Bananarama CD, 2 x Women's Open Golf Tickets (worth £50 each)
Aug 2007: Shrek backpack,Tick remover, Firehouse Dog goodies
Sep 2007: Box of Wispas
Oct 2007: £5 Amazon voucher0 -
Thanks for your suggestion, but if it aint broke, don't mend it.0

It's not often I find a site where I'm not registered now!! lol
TBH - I agree with the others the better prizes are on sites you have to register - and it is easier to enter in the long run.
And as hjb says for most comps you can see if you need to register by hovering the cursor over the post rather than clicking into them.Jo x2007:£5181.09 2008: £6619.70 2009: £4284.49 2010: £5213.14 2011: £4980.62 2012: £3188.52
