Oh Bossy, how lovely!
Right. I am going to the fridge. I hate the fridge. It's my least favourite job and I usually get DH to do it. But tonight, I want him to continue painting so I'll have to do it.
Wish me luck.
I've had a lovely sleep. 11-15.30. Will set me up lovely for my nights.

I've done better today than I thought I was going to:
Airer stripped, clean stuff folded and put away, not enough which needs ironing to bother putting the steam generator on
WM x2 and both on airer
Tidied kitchen, wiped surfaces and small appliances
Tidied LR a bit, plumped cushions
Vacuumed throughout
Filled in my driving license application for my name change
Filled in my name on the electoral roll form which arrived today
Filed a pile of other paperwork bits
Knitted an inch on the leg of my sock
Vertigo still coming in waves, makes me want to lie down but that's when the spinning is worst
Off to make spag bol for dinner. I only have one pack of mince to feed 6 so there will be onions, carrots and mushrooms aplenty to bulk it out. DH says his kids won't eat it with veg. Looks like they're going hungry then0 -
Still no curtain pole... slacker OH!! lol.. he has 3 more to do after this!!!
Best go feed the marauding horde before they eat the cats!... actually... hhhmmmm

Dogs have had their afternoon game and a good brush, and eaten their dins (they eat at 16:00). I've given the microwave a good scrub, done all the kitchen work surfaces with anti-bacterial spray and cleaned the hob (was a bit grubby after Mr LW did fried eggs at the weekend and didn't clean properly behind himself).
Two Dys0n-cylinders of dog hair removed from the floor of the bungalow - and that was just a quick pass to pick up the worst!
I put the dogs in the garden while I Dys0ned because Bailey tries to bite the wheels; looked around myself, and there they were, entering the lounge. Evidently Bailey can open the back door himself.:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

my mum had a lovely staffie cross he could open doors so she had to turn her handles upside down so in her house you had to lift the handles rather then push them down in the downstairs doors

Think that's me done for today.
I glanced into the cupboard under the sink, and promptly shut the door and walked away lol.
Dry washing has been collected and put away, wet washing has been hung up. I'm trying to decide if there is enough whites to make another load, could always put them on a small 15 min wash, but I never think it gets them clean enough.
Yard has been cleaned, and 2 items put on ebay. Dining table has been tidied of my pile of stuff. Leaving OH's pile for her to tidy.

DD is home at last. They over ran at singing club by 30min and she 'forgot' to text to let me know until she finally answered my 3rd phone call  I have work at 6pm but its only 1 customer so I'll go on my own and leave DD in to do her homework.
I spent the afternoon tackling the shredding, filled a binbag so left it at that for today. The noise was starting to give me a headachevacuumed through the whole of downstairs, juggled some washing and did some work. Not sure what I'll be doing after we've eaten but I foresee an early night.

I have a friend who's just posted on facebook that her dog opened her bedroom door and ate all her shoes, she has none at all to wear now lol :rotfl:
We put a board across the stairs (used to use a baby gate but it won't fit in our bannisters) so the dog can't go upstairs, unless it's a special occasion like I'm ill and she's allowed in the bed with me
We have a rule of no shoes on the floor as well, thou OH always takes her shoes off in the front room and leaves them, she's been lucky so far but I will have no sympathy if they end up spread across the floor in chunks!
