Just be patient. Their site is grossly overloaded and having trouble even doing basic things like letting people log in or show account balances. Since you've issued the sell instruction and had it agreed you can expect that it's done and leave it for a few hours to give their systems a chance to catch up with the stress they are under.0

It's bad enough if people can't get through to trade but it seems to got worse... money and/or shares are disappearing from people's accounts! I managed to log-in and am being told that I do not have any active accounts... no shares, no money, all disappeared....0 -
Puts you off dealing with HL. I've spent ages on the phone. I eventually got through to a recorded message and hung on for ages with no joy. They are clearly not geared up for a big launch.0

Placed £5000.00 with XO for RMG shares scaled back like most, I would like to ask what happens to the balance do you have to request it back to debit card or do they automatically send this out by cheque.
Thanks0 -

I have received no other information and I notice that others have had emails. Am I just going to have to wait for an email or can I use my application number to some how find out more info?
I would like to know that too. Neither of us have received anything after making payment ... so they took our money on Monday, and today, so far we have no allocation, and no refund ... and the Government thinks that small businesses are crooks! They should at least be obliged to keep everyone who applied, informed.0 -

Cheers James, the trouble is I'm not sure the sale has gone through. There is neither money nor stock showing at the moment. Now problems again logging in..0 -

Hi
anyone know how to sell these shares? I applied thru the official website but there is no info about selling as far as I can see.
thanks

I think once you know you have an allocation, you can contact a stockbroker.
We "bought" on Monday for not much above the minimum, and we don't even know if we have an allocation yet.0 -
