Well Lesson 1 for the first timers...
Always put an order on in advance be it to sell or buy.
I suspect that although we can't log in to HL website, orders on the system will still be executed.
I was logged in at 8am and the system logged me out! Thanks HL.0 -
HL is meant to be the 'big boy' - strong and reliable. Supposedly no problems on iii (probably because everybody moved from them due to increased charges). Actually pretty unimpressed with HL.0

I was still debating whether or not to buy more (and hold for a while) or sell today...but guess I'll do nothing for now (can't be bothered trying to get through by phone).
I used ii because that is where my ISA is (where I purchased RM). I have not looked at my HL account today but feel sorry for those that are having problems.
It is not like HL normally though.0 -
I put in for £5K. Still something is better than nothing I guess.
You don't think the HL site outage is deliberate so they get higher fees from phone trades by any chance ?0 -

So there's a massive backlog of private investors waiting to log on..... do you think when they do the price will rise or fall?0
