Unable to do this, card must be registered to the address

Looks like I might have to right my money off, getting very worried, will the refund for wanting more than the minimum simply be refunded to the card or will it go by cheque ?

I'm going to make a wild guess that, if you gave them bank details for direct payment of dividends, it will go direct to your bank, and if (like me) you didn't, then it will go by cheque. Though it's just possible they can simply back-pay to the bank of everyone that paid by Debit Card, but I thought that only worked for whole payments, not part payments.

    From their original FAQ

If I don’t receive all the shares I applied for, how will you refund (some of) my money?

That will depend on how you applied.
    • If you applied and paid online using this website, any refund will be paid electronically to the bank account connected to the debit card which you used to apply.
    • If you applied using a paper application form, the refund will be sent to you by cheque at the address on the application form.

Is there any stamp duty for buying RM shares? I guess I imagined there would be, but it doesn't look as if I've been charged stamp duty as part of the trade (at least so far).

    Feel absolutely conned.

They shall pay at the ballot box.

I agree, they've just ensured I will not be voting in the next election.

I'm sure they're quaking in their boots... although a couple of years ago the local election around here was literally decided by one vote. :p

    Thanks!

It's not that I don't believe you or anything, but... do you have a link to where the no-stamp-duty thing is stated 'officially'? :D

You only pay stamp duty when buying shares through the stock market NOT an IPO, then it`s .5%.
