I'm new but this has really struck a chord with me...
After having a confirmed delivery date (over the phone!) of tomorrow our agent received a letter this morning saying they didn't have them in stock!!!

Its too late for us as we got ours from argos but as Smoothie47 got one there is no reason everyone else shouldnt..... I think my OH will be phoning to 'treble' complain when he hears this as he still hasnt had a reply from the e-mail he sent weeks ago
to the managing director..

Im so pleased ive just checked this thread as i will be back on the phone tomorrow demanding i get my goods now.
Ive been checking their site today and found goods that they told me were sold out and i wouldnt be getting, online and available :mad:
I phoned and said you still have the stock that you told me you hadnt etc, i really dont want to go into it all cos it makes me so mad so asked to have the item at the sale price which it was ordered and was told they couldnt do it. So asked to speak to a manager who wasnt available so they took my number and he rang me later.
He said the same that they couldnt do it. I asked why i had been sent emails not just the first confirming my order (as is usual) but the 2nd email confirming time and delivery of the items. I then went on to say about i thought it was really bad and gave all reasons etc and he was coming back with all sorts of excuses. Im just so mad. I will be phoning tomorrow now and say i know someone who has had an item allowed at the reduced price and i would like the same.0 -
when did you order the bike that you recieved?
SOz didnt reply i hadnt noticed your question. I ordered the first day or second of the sale which was around the 15th of june think it was.
Another irritating thing that has happened they have changed all the accounts system over so you cant log into your account and find anything at all. Absolutely nothing. I used to have orders, bnpl, commission etc etc. Now theres nothing. We have a new account number too so its like you are a brand new customer :mad:0
