Have noticed that the items are now upto 46 quid each and saying out of stock. I better get mine ... I havent receieved any email from them to state not in stock etc.

My OH had a long conversation/debate with one of the call centre managers yesterday but pretty much the outcome is yes we are rubbish, yes you have upset children but no we dont really give a S*$t!!:mad:

Yes see above!! We are definately not getting ours but wanted to get a response from Kays as the service we have recieved is shocking!!

But have seen on the argos website that the barbie ones are there reduces to £23.19 which is pretty good, but no safety stuff?

just realised mine is supposedly due today, I haven't been told otherwise, but am doubtful!

managed to log onto 'my account' by going to the main kays page and creatin an account with the reference number from the e mail and theres no sign of a bike there, are they going to let me know at any point do you think?

more annoyed from the fact I told some friends and they have ordered too so feel like I am letting them down.

waited home all day today for my delivery, as confirmed in the email sent to me from KAY's. Rang them at 6pm to see where it was, to be told that my order has been cancelled as they ran out of stock NICE OF THEM TO LET ME KNOWI definatley will NEVER be ordering from Kays EVER again

hurrah - result!!!

spent over 30 mins on phone, ranting at various peeps and departments - finally got through to CS and they have put through the bike that is in the new cat' at 18 squid plus 20% off!!!

Should arrive by the end of the week.

Result - finally!!!!
