Grew tired of trying to call them, possibly the worst telephony system I've come across. I'll just take it that currently I have an email stating the bike will be delivered by Tuesday next week, if this isn't the case I expect them to let me know, and with full reasoning...

I've just emailed them, as we ordered the barbie bike, said delivery by 6pm tonight,
not showing under the orders bit on my account though, even though i put my cc dets in
also ordered a bikini, both in stock, but only bottoms showing as being delivered,
what is the point of that ??
now I know why I never use catalogues !
will post if any deliveries turn up, but doesn't look good

I have also mailed them as managed to go online and there was no order showing so I have replied to their mail confirming the order asking why it's not showing. Will post any updates.

thanks for the link - I have checked and my 2 bikes have been cancelled (annoying as I have not had an email), oh well, back to drawing board as I was putting them away for Xmas presents,

I ordered 6 diff items 2 of which were bikes.. and all have been cancelled.. although it wasnt untill I called them that I was told this.

Along with many other items from my mass of orders, the Barbie bike got delivered this morning (was for a customer). Just thought i would let you know that some of us are getting them.

I would like to say though that i placed many orders since the sale started (already a Kays customer for few years) and have been very very dissapointed with the way it has gone this time. I feel a lot has to do with them having been took over by Littelwoods (i shopped and spent thousands of pounds with LXdirect over 9 years but then paid up and finished with them due to the countless times of being messed about on a big scale and moved to Kays). Now Littlewoods have taken over Kays im expecting a decline in the service and am looking to find someone else to shop with who are not part of this group, as i expect the service to just get worse as time goes on.

Anyway, my problems have been, placing orders and then getting email confirmations almost immediately, as usual. Then getting the second email with an hour or so confirming they have that item in stock and telling me when i should expect to receive that item. Well what ive found happened this time was i got the 2nd email with delivery dates (so no doubts i was getting the item) but then i check my account online and discover various items are sold out and i will not be getting them. I havent had an email or phone call informing me of this and i find it very annoying and bad service which ive not had happen before. I tried phoning them to ask why its happened and being a priority customer i get a different phone number to ring but this was so busy it said to ring back later with no option of being able to hold. Ive never experienced that before either.
