Same here, I never waste jiffy bags and always reuse. I have never had a complaint from any of my buyers so far. As long as its packed securely they never mind!

Perhaps their issue was that given the postage you charged, they felt shortchanged?

I have a note that I use recycled packing where possible.

I always re-use any kind of jiffy bag or those plastic sealed bags. A lot of the time, jiffy bags I receive have already been recycled. Never had any complaints so far (touch wood! )

There really are some very petty people out there, just looking for something to complain about. I've pretty much got a never ending supply of used jiffy bags from my place of work, some of them have stamps on from 1992!
If anyone complained to me I would not be amused, I re use absolutely everything I can, bubble wrap, mailing bags, cardboard, my work are grateful I take so much "rubbish" off their hands. My back seat looks like a sorting office.:p

Well I always reuse jiffy bags and have receoved used ones when I have bought iotems too. The only thing I make sure of is that any other persons address details are removed.
I have never received any neg feedback or comments but I do reflect this in the p&p I charge.

I would have no problem with receiving a re-used jiffy bag, as long as I had not been excessively charged for the postage.

I also have a small note at the bottom of my adverts to being environmental and recycling. I tell buyers if they wish to guarantee to have their item sent in a new jiffy bag, they will be charged extra.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

I re-use for ebay and alike but for amazon i always send in a new jiffy bag as the buyer has paid a higher amount and amazon expect the packaging to be of a 'high standard'

i dont always like getting reused bags as they are sometimes in a right state and dont do the job properly anymore, especially when ive paid enough money to pack the item safely, its not a major issue though, i just dont buy from the seller again !
