How often do people change sheets and have a fresh towel

Just wondering how often do people change bed sheets and how often do you get a fresh towel. Would be interested to see what others do. Tia

Bedsheets every couple of weeks, towels once a week. I'd love clean bedlinen every day but it's such a faff changing it.

Thanks for replies. Don't mind changing it so much but the getting it dry bit in winter is the worst bit

There is an unwritten competition on here as to who can (appear to be) the most clean, so be prepared for all sorts of nonsense about washing towels on the hour, every hour or after each use. And changing bed linen after each sleep. There are already threads that do this subject to death.
