A stormy day here, seems to be the theme of this season..
Hubbys day off, we have just been and collected the weeks animal feed and bedding so thats one job less.. The animals are fed up, they arent fans of heavy rain and wind poor things.
I had arranged to meet up with my niece to go riding today, needless to say we cancelled after seeing the forecast..
All the gifts, mainly cash, are sorted along with a few bits, so other than the christmas food shop we are all set financially for December..
We are having a quiet stress free one at home this year, ive had a few health issues this month, and to be honest i just thought for once im having a break from arranging the family get together. Last years was stressful and a little annoying to be honest, and cost a fortune so i though !!!!!! it im not bothering this year.current official end date of mortgage= 2037-aiming for 1st March 2029. mortgage balance start of challenge- 25/11/2016 £245,695 mortgage balance 17/12/25 - £93,000

December continues in the mild/wet/windy theme, though this morning is dry atm and no high winds forecast until teatime!!
Im enjoying my time off now, it takes a couple of weeks to get into the new relaxed routine, though it will be hard getting back into work mode too after a few weeks off!
Right, off to muck out while the sun shines!!

Happy new year!! lets hope 2026 is a happy healthy and stress free one for us all.
My mortgage balance today- £92,401.38 after the £401 38 interest for December has been added.
My business re-opens 23rd January, as hubby is doing some improvements, and i have a couple of hospital appointments that clash with opening times. I thought rather than stress, id just delay opening, the weather for the next couple of weeks doesnt look good anyway.
