Morning everyone, Hopevyou all have a good day. I've spent £10 over the weekend on fruit, veg, milk etc. Going to be finishing the GC this Friday as I started a week early. Pretty sure we've got enough in for the week!!
Off to meal plan and have breakfast.Married in 2016. Bought our first home in 2017. Expecting our first baby in November 2017
Frugal & thrifty as much as possible.0 -
Been away for weekend so haven't spent any of the grocery budget so total is still the same.
We ate out on Saturday but other than that it has been NSDs so got 2 over the weekend which has got me to my total of 10 on the NSD challenge. I have now upped my target to 15 by the end of the month - probably a bit optimistic but that's the aim - the first of which will be today as I can't get out as DH has taken the car to work today because of the weather!

Just done the big shop and have spent £61.49 in Mr S and £9.86 in Mr T. Will update my signature now. Spaghetti Bolognaise for dinner tonight. Roast chicken tomorrow and will make chicken soup on Thursday. DH & DS love homemade chicken soup and I'll just need to buy some nice fresh bread to go with it on the day. Catch up with you all later in the week.0

I have had a very good week.
To bring down the grocery bill I made a huge effort to eat out of the cupboards and freezer and it has paid off.
Zero groceries bought this week :j'If you are not in the 'arena' also getting your a55 kicked then, I'm not interested in your feedback.' Thank you.0 -

Nipped into A$da this morning and spent £9.13, nipping back tomorrow because I think they may have charged me to much for one item will have a look before I go to CS though. On the other hand I may have picked the wrong weight up.
Two tubs of stewed apple cooling down ready for freezer as loads of apples were brought down in the torrential rain we had yesterday. Some are fine for eating as they are but stewed the knocked and bruised ones.MARCH £62.38/2500
