    Hi all,
I hope you are well and having a good day. I've spent £11 over the last few days on fruit, veg, milk etc. Just little shops but they all add up. Last night was homemade prawn curry with homemade onion bhajis. Today for lunch we had homemade vegetable soup, with homemade falafel.

Getting to grips more with the meal planning, trying to eat more veggies too. That's enough waffling on from me!! X

I always buy milk in bulk now and freeze it, went to A$DA today and bought 40 pints of milk, a mix of skimmed and semi-skimmed, at £1 for 4 pints, it's gotta be a bargain £10 the lot and it is all in my chest freezer. I take a bottle out and leave it on the draining board for 24 hours, give it a shake and pop in the fridge. HTH. SG

    NSD achieved :D

  • Hmm, haven't had the best week in terms of shopping! A few top up shops, sending DH out to buy things and him coming back with the more expensive options, and an unexpected shopping trip to Morries (mum was visiting me today and she doesn't have one where she lives!) has put me nearly halfway through our budget, with 21 days left... Luckily the freezer if still pretty full, but really hoping I can stick within budget!

On the plus side, have a HUGE fish pie in the oven at the mo, along with an apple and pear crumble, made with fruit from people at work brought in, so looking forward to that tonight!! Hopefully plenty of leftovers for the next few days/freezer!

Thank you I was bowled over when I saw this on fleabay and just had to have it, I have others for boxes and a lovely looking teacup
but that one is a pig to assemble, the sleighs are easy.

Well I spent most of this afternoon installing my camera, this new fangled computer is driving me nuts its got windows 8 which I don't like. Wish I had my old one back.

I have got the pics to photobucket but cant for the life of me get them to here. Some one did give me instructions before but I saved them to the old computer and cant find the post now, if someone would be kind enough to post the instructions for me I would be very grateful
