Bit of a weird one here, who do you tell if you see a company making a false claim about themselves?
There is a company and I'm not going to name and shame but they sell X product and they are claiming to have the widest range of X on the internet and they definitely do not! XD
Just wondering if there's somewhere I could report that to.
They advertise this "fact" pretty heavily on their site as well!

Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Board guides are not moderators and don't read every post. Assuming they're a UK company, report them to Trading Standards.
Preferably the TS department for their local authority, but any TS dept should passing the information on.0 -
I second the ASA as well - this sounds like a case of misleading advertising, which the ASA can investigate and act on.0
