Thanks. This is the dilemma. I still don't think I've got anything to lose by bidding low other than not getting the house but I can always up my bid once I have an idea of what they will accept.

i forgot to add to my post id always offer low too you never know;)

i was just trying to show a diffrent side as its early on market yet

Thanks for that. I want the house because we can afford it but obviously the cheaper I can get it the more money we have available to do it up.

Then really you should be looking at houses with asking prices above what you can afford and making offers that are nearer to what you want to pay. That way you get more house for the money you are prepared to spend.

I thought the supermarkets gave us enough ways to legally remove products from the stores at silly prices without having to resort to anything illegal!

I totally agree but it could just be that these people are not aware of all the legal ways (or perhaps they are just a bit thick).

Mind you until I found this forum I would happily pay normal supermarket prices without saving much.

Only £21 :( shouldn't have bought so many clothes for the hols ... oh well will test my patience by waiting until the Nov vouchers come out (maybe :o)

I've just checked and it says last date for collecting is the 19th Oct so I'm hoping they come out not long after.
If it's any good I might get a second one in red or purple :D (only black available at the moment :( ) and let DH keep the black one.
I also blew loads of my CC vouchers on clothing at the weekend :o

MSL app has updated this morning - now shows when cashback offers are running from/to. They do seem to listen to user feedback ... So please pay our outstanding transactions!

I've only had a brief go on one in store so far but some of the first day reviews I've read have been pretty good :)
I can't afford a flashy ipad and i had £80 of clucbcard vouchers sitting doing nothing so I thought I'd treat myself :D

Yes and you can do clubcard boost too and the vouchers are worth twice as much . So £60 worth of vouchers :D
