Morning all.
Popped up Ts this morning and came back with a hudl after much umming and erring as to whether to bother or not.
Has to charge for 3 hours (I'm not a patient person) so I need to find something to fill my time with
I know there's not many reviews out, but I fancy a new tablet (I have a playbook) and I keep getting told off for pinching DDs ipod and DS1 won't let me use his tab2.
DH tried one in store and he said it seems OK so it should be good for all I need it for
Better go play catch up while I'm waitingHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Remember if its just on the market it will be at a higher price so I think they will take less but £40,000 less is a big ask.
Point out all the work that needs doing and see what they say after the low offer.
Thanks for that. I want the house because we can afford it but obviously the cheaper I can get it the more money we have available to do it up.0 -

People have been shot for less on here but you could ask helans:D:D0 -
Thanks aau, I did spot these but DH has become fussy
After wading through 40+ packs of Huggies wipes from a superdrug deal a while back he made me promise never to buy them again 'even if there's a glitch' :rotfl:
Perhaps Mr T will oblige and drop some to half price from tomorrow
:rotfl: I think I'm nearing the end of my pile too.
DH still tells me not to buy stuff 'just because there's a glitch'.
I think he's glad the panebellos and rustlers expired last nightHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

I will be in the postion of selling soon (inherited). I have been giving a value by estate agent (for inheritance tax) which he felt would be the minimum I would get for the place and told to market it for 10% more. I don't think I would accept offer below the value I have been giving if not long on the market. HTHs
I guess it all depends on people's circumstances. I'm out to get the best deal possible but don't want to lose the house to someone else.0 -

1. The City recruitment consultant was caught when a security guard noticed he was scanning everything as loose onions, which were not sold at the store.
If they don't sell loose onions, what the dickens are they doing on the scanner

You've nothing to lose by chancing it, but usually low offers are accepted after the house has been on the market for a while. Of course you could always start low and then up your offer! If it were me and I really wanted the house, I'd offer 170k.
HTH and good luck!!:T:T

If there is one thing we lot should know, it's how to wait 3 hours for something :rotfl:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

The money doesn't last long as I've found out but it's good to get most rooms up to scratch:)
I've just been told the extension won't start until after Xmas downstairs but as upstairs is all done I can live with that.:T0 -
Hi emerald:)
Can you put a memory stick in for films please:o
As you can't with the ipad:(
