Logie - sainsburys baby stuff in 1/3 off and I've been getting those awful Huggies wipes in my 3for5 shops against A's to make them around 60p per packet. Sorry, I haven't looked at any others

Hoping to get to A's today for another 2 shops but I just don't know if I can fit it in!

    Good Morning All,

I'm looking for a little bit of advice on buying a house as I've not got much experience of this.

I'm going to put an offer in for a house that has just been put up for sale, signs are up but not on the internet or in local papers yet. We were the first ones to view it at the weekend.

Asking price is 200k which I think is reasonable but I'm looking to get the best price possible. What do you think I should offer? Is it being cheeky putting a low offer in of 160k or have I got nothing to lose as it's a buyer's market.

    Thanks,
    Sad_Dad

    You have nothing to lose:)
Is the house in being sold by the current owner due to them needing to move or have they inherited it?
When I got my new house it was the only property we saw that suited ds3 needs and that why we took less for our house as we had to have this one.
