I didn't realise a wheelie bin cleaner was anything unusual?! Ever since the councils have been doing wheelie bins, there have been wheelie bin cleaners around here. I know it's a luxury but weirdly I have a house with no outside tap/hose, and in the summer, it is really necessary with the petsLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

It's not unusual in my area either fmess, when my Dad had the dogs he had his bins cleaned, but it was ridiculously expensive as you had to have all the bins cleaned and in this area we have 4 different ones!
I apologise for the 'not that ginger' comments, but whenever I've seen him he's struck me as being more of a proper strawberry blonde than out and out ginger. But he's also much better looking in real life (the first time I saw him I didn't recongise him) and a really nice bloke. So unfair that he likes his blondes foreign and skinny since I'm neither skinny nor foreign. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I tried Swagbucks earlier in the year scubaangel but like you say it took ages to warn any money, think I averaged about £10-15 a month
and I did everything on offer to me
I might give it another go this weekend though as hoping for 2 SFDs and planning on staying home all weekend
I've found one item to list on eB4y so far, my very infrequently used bread maker, so fingers crossed that gets some interest when I list itAlso need to try listing some books on either eB4y or Am4zon as they don't qualify for the Am4zon trade-in scheme
Hope everyone's had a nice dayLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Evening all. Wow, it's been a pretty busy day on here!!
Yeah, the house is gorgeous. I want it so badly but my Dad is worried I go in to deep and snooker myself.
Well... I had my third brilliant shift. so much so that I offered to do a fourth one tomorrow!! Which (hooray) means I have earned my extra £100 for October.
:j
Also, I have had another spend free day.
In terms of my stepping, we were shortstaffed today which meant a lot more running around... so my total steps today was 17,598.
Making the cakes and biscuits were the best idea I have ever had. (apart from moving jobs obviously). Instead of going to the shops to buy chocolate, we have just been eating them so we aren't spending as much money.
October is shaping up to be a fantastic month.

If you buy the house could you get a lodger to help up your income? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Just went back on to the website and my dream house is under offer so there is no chance of me getting it.
as it is pretty much off the market, I will put the link up here for everyone to look at.

Thanks for the advice theoretica. I would be a bit scared of a lodger as I have heard horror stories (from relatives) about holes being put in walls, etc and then the lodger refusing to pay for the damage they have caused. One person that my auntie knows had a lodger who refused to leave.
Feeling quite gutted but at least it means I can focus on debt-busting and also saving some money towards the future which to be honest I should probably be focussing on anyways.

Its a shame but I reckon once you're debt free, and the oh is working you'll be able to find somewhere which will become your dream home together.
I've heard horror stories about lodgers too, but I've been a lodger and alot of people I know have lodged at some point and we all have stories about evil landlords/ladies too. I suspect the vast majority of people are perfectly normal people who cause very little intentional trouble. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
