Today I am full of
not sure why as I was up for a couple of hours in the night with OH snoring his head off after his christmas do.... And then alarm went off at 6.30 for me to get dd sorted for work.. no rest for the wicked...
So I left sleepy head in bed and dropped dd at work then went and did the food, back home and on with the
and the
.. sorted the bins out, cleaned the bathroom and will be off out again shortly to play mum taxi...! Meanwhile... OH has gone about doing his 'out' jobs and left the one item I need him to do today.... Getting this bloomin treadmill moved so I can see my christmas tree... well I offered to help but he had his jobs to do so he will have to fly solo as I will have gone before he returns...!
The upside of being awake in the middle of the night is that thinking time you get. and I have a plan.....
Like most people on dmp's the money over the years paying the debts has meant no spare cash for keeping the house maintained etc.. so my plan..
I have a folder.... with paper in.. each room has its own piece and I have started a list of what needs doing in each.... Its a big plan and long term.. well 5 years ish. but it doable.. poor old Oh is really going to wish he hadn't kept me awake with his snoring when I tell him...:rotfl:
Right off to collect dd soon, and then I want to wrap some christmas presents this afternoon to put under my tree, I will hopefully be able to see.....!
Just for you.. INOD..

... I've finished for Christmas......
Well apart from all the normal jobs like washing, ironing, cleaning, shopping, chauffeuring etc.etc..... oh and a quick visit on tuesday as I can't leave it till after the holidays...!!
But otherwise I'm done...!!
And my car has new bits.. I have bunny hopped around with my new clutch.. and I'm now £250 poorer.. Oh paid £200 although I think he wished he hadn't offered as he's feeling poor....!!!
I've bought my christmas meats gammon and turkey so just the bits to go with them.. I shall do a shop on Saturday after dropping dd at work and then get fresh veggies either monday or wednesday when I will be dropping dd at work at the crack of dawn...!!!
Hope all getting ready for the big day and all is calm in your worlds....

Hi Puzzcat
Well done for sounding so organised.
Haha it made me laugh when you said you had finished for Christmas, as just like you said, there is always still a tonne of work to get done in the home.
We are very nearly ready, going to try to wrap up the children's presents tomorrow while they see out their last day in school.
I always have an exhausting Christmas eve wrapping pressies and prepping for the Christmas dinner. I want to try to have a more relaxing night this year.
Speak soon xxx0 -

... I've finished for Christmas......
That's it Puzz, rub it in
I've about 400 miles Monday and Tuesday, but they cannot be any worse than coming home from Derby yesterday !! 3 1/2 hrs for 100 miles.
We've not been very money saving this Xmas and are going out for Xmas Day !! 1st time ever, but we've saved up for it. MIL is in Oz with SIL so its guilt free and so stress free for Mrs BB _party_
I'm working right through too, but from Xmas Eve till 5th Jan this will only involve commuting into my loft :rotfl:
Have a great one Puzz.
