For some reason I had it in my head that if you left washing on the line and it rained that the washing would spoil...maybe this was instilled by my mother...I am assuming I am misinformed though?
I used to think this as well. Then I read on here that rain was considered natures fabric softener for babies nappies. So I did more reading on here and only if the clothes are dripping soaked do I rinse and spin again.
Usually if there is a wind and rain they don't get as wet as you would think.
If I can though I do run and fetch them in.

Honeybear - that sounds like a great deal all round for everyone.

I have done very little since coming back from the agency aside fetching washing in, putting another load out and fetching it back in again, all ready to iron dry if you see what I mean.
I should go swimming tonight but I have a cracking headache and just feel like sitting in front of the tv!
Tommorrow- must attack the bathrooms and finish the twiddly bits left on the list. Bedrooms are pretty good I think!

Hugs Narco. You could write about it, which would probably be emotional, but in the rawness of the feeling, you'd be recording something very honest. Just a thought.

Thanks. You've spurred me on to write 2 paragraphs of my Challenge article - not about that horse, but recent holiday ride - so thanks. How's your writing doing?

It feels as if I've faffed about today; did 3 lots of horse washing in the end, managed to sort out house insurance which seemed to take forever but I think I've got it right. Various other work or house-related odds & ends really; I don't know where the time goes.

Good news about your dog/vet experiences, and a nice idea about the cards too.

Bossy, I sent you a PM about my challenge (I think???)

You did :o and you're on my laptop list but somehow didn't copy across. Sorry! I've corrected it now...

Kiddies in bed, after tea and bath. Just made a cuppa then plan to declutter some greys ;)
Bit tired, but managed to get few essentials on way home so shouldn't need a shop till next week. Also emptied DW while kettle boiled.
Seems to be paperwork and post everywhere so that's a task for tomorrow.
Realised my work sweaters are rather scruffy looking. May treat myself to a new top or two and relegate those to the wear at home pile. Which probably could be smaller anyway :o

Well I finally finished sorting my orders out, just about to go out to put "I'll be calling tomorrow & this is how much you owe me" cards through appropriate doors. Then I need to come home and re-write the newsletter  Work didn't include mis-printed/errors in with the last invoice like they normally do so I assumed there was only 2 errors and therefore only wrote those two up and got them all printed out ready for today. It turns out there are more so I'll be putting the books out Friday at this rate  I'm getting fed up with this, you'd think a big international company would proof read things before sending them to print

Pregnancy yoga was cancelled, she could have updated her website to say so!

OH is in a grump because I asked him to remember to close the wardrobe door as I'm fed up of closing it after him, about 5 times in 24hrs! Then I told him his flylady tasks are to hoover and steam clean the floors, so he's in an even bigger grump. I don't care when they are done as long as hoovered twice per week due to cat litter tracking and floors moped once a week. Apparently I ask too much of him! Does he see the list I have to attempt to get through and work each day? Hmrumph!

Grrr now he's doing it the entire house stinks...I now need to research how to stop a hoover smelling :(

Anyway, I've achieved lots today :) and caught up on other bits I've missed from Monday/Tuesday.
