updated list to include todays tasks. Felt like I'd achieved lots last night but now looking at list it still looks huge haha Another productive night but may be spent on the pc/phone organising house move things rather than flying. They need to take priority still. This week I'll carry my list through to Monday, it's a local holiday here so no work :j
Got a call from purcahse solicitors to say the paperwork is all there to be signed so have an appointment to do that tomorrow. Big push this week to get all the other things done so I can finish concentrating on packing etc.
Hugs and sticks to all

Just going to pop to get the money for pregnancy yoga this evening, then I'm going to grab the window cleaner and clean the windows I can reach around this house. Work has finally slowed down a bit this afternoon, although have just realised I really DO need to do my timesheets as I'm now almost a month behind (how do I ever expect my OT to be paid on time tsk tsk). XX_Jo_XX About the cards. I have a set of 4 boxes from ikea, the ones that are cardboard and you build yourself. These sit on top of my wardrobe in a row. Very tidy looking.
Inside are all my sentimental stuff. Cards, photos, baby stuff like hospital tags and babygrow they came home in.
One box is for important letters or documents like mortgage papers, stuff that doesn't need renewing monthly or yearly but needs to be in a safe place that I remember.
It's when you have lost someone special that you look back on these cards and realise how glad you were you kept them. xLife is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away. – Hilary Cooper

About time for lunch I think.
2 loads washing done, as part of an emotional garage de-clutter. Some of you sent supporting vibes last year when I cleared out a cupboard where I kept all my old horse's stuff. Even though it's now over 2 yrs since I lost him, I can still only get rid of stuff a bit at a time when I feel like it. Anyway, saw an ad recently for a boot sale at a local equestrian centre, which is the ideal opportunity to get rid of another load of stuff and we've booked a slot so I can't back out. So this afternoon/evening will be a bit sniffy I fear. I know it doesn't compare to most of the other sad things people have been posting about, but .....well anyway...that's my plan for today. Come on, how pathetic can I be getting emotional over selling a bridle?
Got some alarming posts on other forums re. my house insurance now I'm partly working from home, will need a real investigate before I renew.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Hugs Narco. You could write about it, which would probably be emotional, but in the rawness of the feeling, you'd be recording something very honest. Just a thought.
 Sparkley Fairy, Skier and Miaoww and all other Lurkers. I've never thought of 'registering' as such on Sundays - I just assume it's a bit of a free for all and do what I can when I can. And I post whenever I need to, or I want to say something.

Windfall pear chutney is bubbling away on the hob, so that will need recleaning. Hmf. Went up to the attic, all smug, to get the washed, delabelled and lidded appropriate jars, only to discover that as I hate the peanut butter jars so much, I hadn't done them. It's now a race to see if I can make them look presentable by the time the chutney's reduced. I've tasted it and I think this recipe, found on a blog, is a bit of a winner. Hope so, they're falling off the tree every time there's a puff of wind, and it's pretty windy here.
Second load of washing just about to go on the trolley on the sundeck and then the third load can go in.Better is good enough.0 -

Skintbreeder... I haven't caught up with the thread, just nipped on to score off some uni work Ive done this morning and I saw your post.
I don't know if it helps, and your daughter may not have the same facility, but before I started uni I was given a user name and password to confirm my details on line using an evision system. If your DD has a similar system, there is a prepopulated letter you can print from there confirming your status as a student. The uni did this to save them the hassle of having to do one for every student, as obviously everyone needs one for council tax, bank applications etc.
If your daughter has a similar system, she may be able to print you off one straight away. I didn't know about this until id been at uni about 3 months!

Thanks Jo, I reminded her to go to accommodation services earlier this morning, but bearing in mind everything else she has to contend with ATM, this might be a better option. I am emailing it to her now :TThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Hello. Am exhausted again today. Ridiculous, I am tossing and turning all night long which leaves me so shattered, I am needing to go to bed in the day. I might need to get some extras booked in again at work to shatter me so much that my sleep pattern returns!
Darn cat has brought I another 2 fish overnight. I told our neighbour that she had taken the fish so she was going to move them inside the shed but she obviously hasn't as willow has had 3 of the fish since that conversation.
DS is keen to help out with the painting so I might let him this afternoon as DD is off to a friends for a bit. I have lost a lot of time with being lazy bones. If I can finish the undercoating by tomorrow then perhaps DH can get the actual paintwork finished this weekend.
Then we can move into the kids bedrooms and get them done... And then we can move down the stairs and hall way..... And then, I can have my carpet fitted!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0
