Housing/Parking trouble

I would reverse in leaving them about 2" of space, Opening my door into the kerb.
Or partially reverse in at an angle so that it's difficult for them to get out.
But if the car to the left in the picture was already there then you would still have a tight space, Worse even as you wouldnt be able to open your doors.
Park over the road?
Around here they park in spaces like that diagonally, Taking 3 spaces. I park within inches of their drivers door.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
OP, why don't you get in touch with whoever owns that land (the council?) and ask then to remove that silly bit of shrubbery and tarmac it to make more car parking space?0

It will probably be turned down by some treehugger in the council who will class the shubbery as greenbelt land.0

She's straight but quite far from the car next to her, but what are the other cars like parked there? If they're all leaving those sorts of gaps, it'll have a massive knock on effect! She might be used to being blocked in on driver's side and having to perform car yoga to get in, so is paranoid about leaving a gap.
There looks like plenty of space over the road though.0 -
Hi Aileth,
The spaces over the road gets taken up as well. And the cars next to her are usually mine or my parents', and neighbors, we're all pretty considerate about parking. Close enough, but enough space so you can get out.
her however, as you can clearly see...0
