Basically, you have no right to park outside your house, so your problem is the rubbish?
Suggest that either a) that you get a bin bag, collect all the rubbish they have left, and when they are out, dump it in their garden, which would be bad.
or b) you go out when they are littering and ask them if they'd mind not leaving litter, as you can see they are reasonable people.
There is not much else I can suggest.0 -
