Seeing some fantastic results have added a rose and frankincense cream to the regime from amazon.

Pores are refining, dark patch lightening, fine lines fading mainly look fresher and sorta glowy so only wearing the suncream, lipstick and mascara for work (don't wear make up at the weekends)

I really love the alpha-glow from Forever young its to be used daily and fruit acids. I find my skin looks amazing the next morning after using it. I normally use Alpha H liquid gold every other night but finding it a little bit to strong at the moment as my skin gone quite sensitive. Am actually finding better results from the alpha glow.

Really disappointed that Forever young stopped stocking there eyecream thats for puffy eyelids. Worked wonders on my genetic eye bags and dark circles.

I'm using the alpha-h range, liquid gold & the rest.
But you don't peel with that, or not so as you would notice anyway, my skin still looks normal & I wear make up daily.

Really tempted by the peels, but go to work & wear make up mon-fri so can't be shedding!!!

It's not a peel so much as a flake, your only going to peel with a medium or deep peel so TCA etc.

I'm thinking about using the alpha-glow instead of a face peel. Just can't make my mind up whether I need a peel or not.

I tried the Alpha H liquid gold and didn't like it. I normally use 15% Mandelic/Salicylic acid peel. Have tried the 20% one but it proved far to strong for my skin.

Just starting another 6 week run.
Today I started with a salycilic mandelic 20%
    Layered a glycolic 30%
    Another glycolic layer

    Left on for 3 mins

    Glowing

How does the layering work melly? I don't understand it.

Cleanse face put a layer of the salycilic on (molecules are smaller so it degreases) leave for 2 mins put a layer of glycolic on top of the salycilic leave 2 mins put another layer of glycolic on. Leave for 2 mins and neutralise.

Just be careful when mixing acids.

Ah right. I know when I use a basic peel I dampen a cotton wool pad and apply to face, then dampen a second pad and apply.

Think I could do with a new spf moisturiser too. Normally use sr-skincare post peel lotion, but I don't think it's strong enough.

It's just making sure you let your face dry between layers.
It increases the strength of the acid

Use a separate suncream I'm using the factor 50 One I posted earlier in the thread religiously whenever I leave the house.
  • The link to the sunscreen isn't working melly.
