Was well worth going up to the 20% mandelic salicylic I can actually feel it.
This week I stuck with that and got to 3 layers of it before the burning became to intense lol.
Skin looks great. Pores look smaller.
Has anyone tried a derma roller?
I have one on order am thinking one week acid next week derma roller then back to acid.

I havent used one but look at them from time to time wondering if they would help much. Ill be jnterested to read nlw you get on.

What sunscreen do you use? I stop, doing peels in the summer because I havent found a high spf moisturiser that doesnt feel like it clogs my skin. I used the bodyshop vit c one last year but it still clogs my skin which for me defeats the purpose of doing the peels.

Have had proper peeling from the 3 layers of 20% tomorrow I am going to derma roller.
Am combining this with the mask and vit c serum.
Today is drisly I have still put a factor 30 on.
Making sure you always have sunscreen on is going to be the key I think.

I look really really bad :rotfl:it seems to take a good 4-5 days for my face to peel prior to that I have brown patches of dead skin waiting to come off, once the peeling starts its a very slow process but it comes off in sheets and I have to have nerves of steel not to peel it myself, no make up for about 8/9 days and then at the end its a good exfoliate in a hot shower and large amounts of moisturiser and I'm good to go for another year, I have pics on my old phone of me peeling age spots off my skin in stages after my first peel, gruesome :D

I thought this sounded great until I saw that.
I couldn't stay in for a week or not wear make up for a week.

Is there any other way or is that part & parcel of it?

That's the point to a TCA peel which is a medium depth peel.

Just used the derma roller it doesn't hurt feels odd nit nice but not so painful it can't be done apparently need to do this every other day so will combine with the acid.

Supposed to see results in a few weeks so will keep updating

I really love the alpha-glow from Forever young its to be used daily and fruit acids. I find my skin looks amazing the next morning after using it. I normally use Alpha H liquid gold every other night but finding it a little bit to strong at the moment as my skin gone quite sensitive. Am actually finding better results from the alpha glow.

Really disappointed that Forever young stopped stocking there eyecream thats for puffy eyelids. Worked wonders on my genetic eye bags and dark circles.

The area I concentrated on between my brows has been a bit flakey today.
Thursday it's time for the acid.
Should see some results in 3 weeks or so.
Skin is already a lot fresher.
